Blackhawk Supply enjoys 30+ years of experience as a leader in the manufacture of HVAC Controls. In an industry cluttered with “I’ll call you back” responses, they provide markedly better customer experiences.

Blackhawk Supply had a disconnect between their online and offline brand identity. The site’s emphasis on eCommerce encouraged price shopping; and did not properly communicate the importance and value of its team’s coordinated, superior customer service. As a result, the company lost multiple sales.
