A great way to learn is to ask questions. It shows you are genuinely interested and want to gain more insight from your coworkers than you ever would by reading or doing a Google search. Also, ask for feedback on your work. Getting a second or third opinion of your work helps you understand exactly what the company wants in terms of content and quality. Asking for constructive criticism helps you grow your skills.
