Limited Visibility in a High-Ticket Market
When Streamline came to Comrade in early 2025, their website lacked basic security features, was visually outdated, and was almost entirely dependent on people Googling their name to find them. Their Google Business Profile was inactive due to verification problems, and the site lacked the content depth needed to compete on non-branded queries.
On top of that, with ADU design and permitting being a structurally low-volume, high-ticket niche, every keyword has to count, because a handful of qualified leads per month can shape an entire quarter.

Solutions
Foundation First, Then Full-Funnel Growth
We rebuilt the foundation first — a fast, secure, mobile-responsive site that finally matched the quality of the service. From there, we layered a full-funnel organic program: restructured service pages, an ongoing content roadmap focused on Streamline’s highest-margin services, and steady link-building to compete on non-branded queries. We reactivated and fully optimized the dormant Google Business Profile, then added GEO (AI-search optimization) to capture demand from ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google’s AI Mode.
Because each closed project carries a high contract value, even modest gains in qualified-lead volume compound quickly on the revenue side.


Results
From Zero to Peak in Under a Year
The new website went live in late May 2025. Five months later, Streamline’s organic channel was producing roughly five times the monthly qualified leads of the pre-launch period — and by month eight, projected ROI peaked at 3,089%.
Publicly verifiable on Semrush, estimated organic traffic moved from 0 visitors per month in 2025 to roughly 140 per month in 2026 — and that is only the keyword-driven slice Semrush sees.
Internal Growth Portal tracking shows the full picture: Qualified leads grew more than six-fold year-over-year, cost per Qualified Lead dropped by roughly three-quarters, and GBP-driven calls climbed several hundred percent from the profile’s first active month.
