The company needed to establish a state-of-the-art, modern, mobile-responsive website with the ability to equally compel employers and “hired-gun” IT professionals to list job requirements and skill sets, respectively; then encourage all the participants to use the website as their employer/employee platform of choice for ongoing connections with each other.
Comrade designed a website with an equal balance of appeal to employers and candidates. We architected the site to enable intuitive browsing of available positions; and an easy-to-use form for submitting resumes for consideration. Business owners and Project managers could also, easily, place positions and job descriptions for which they are hiring.
Comrade provided digital marketing consultation to ensure the Demand side of the equation kept pace with the proper Supply of talented individuals under the broad umbrella of “IT professionals”. Our work enabled the new company to plant its “digital stake” in the ground and declare itself not only open for business, but as a trustable connector of talent with companies willing to pay fair-market wages for the expanding temporary and temp-to-permanent IT workforce.
