We need to take the time to learn who your customer base really is, where they are, what they respond to and what they want. An Investing Mindset
We’re looking for companies with an investing mindset compared to a cost mindset. Someone with an investing mindset understands that in order to make money, you have to spend money. By giving account managers and designers room to breathe and create without hounding them about the nickels and dimes, you will receive a one of a kind, healthy, and effective website.
Having strong communication skills is a must when working with a digital marketing agency for two reasons. The first reason is that the majority of communication happens via email. We do this because it’s fast and we don’t have to play phone tag all day just for the answer to a simple question. However, without strong communication skills, information in emails often gets lost or misinterpreted leading to mistakes, misunderstanding, and frustration.
The second reason communication skills are so important for a healthy client/agency relationship is that, because the project moves so quickly, we need to be able to reach out to you and receive any approvals, changes, and credentials in a timely manner to avoid endangering the project’s timeline. If we need to launch a campaign in 30 days and you only respond to our calls and emails on Thursdays, you are severely limiting what we can do for you and your company.
