Start Strategy

Stop doing chaotic movements working on something that is not your priority. We Invest the first 30 days to perform the following activities:

  • Understand how your potential customers search for your services and make decisions
  • Understand what exactly your competitors are doing now
  • Understand what works, what must be improved and which marketing channels and directories will never work for you. Start tracking all calls and stop wasting money
  • Create unique selling proposition and a buyers journey on your website for your potential clients (what you will tell them when they come to you)
  • Understand what are the best tactics to attract customers and convert them into phone calls on a short- and long-term period based on your budget and resources

Do The SEO Right

  • Be focused. Focus on how you can realistically be in Top-5 results and have traffic from many relevant long-tail keywords (ex: “web agency”, “web agency in Chicago”, “best web agency in chicago”). Concentrate on a group that brings you the best ROI
  • SEO is the best long-term investment but it takes 3-6 months to see results. Be patient
  • Your digital marketing company will do most of work but will never know what you know about your company. Commit to have a monthly interview and write at least 2 important drafts for articles (or case studies) / month, your digital marketing agency will polish them and write the rest of necessary content

Do PPC right

  • Because SEO takes time, we often recommend start with PPC. You can start getting calls in as little 2 weeks
  • However, PPC also takes time to be optimized. Your digital marketing company need to do multiple testings to see which ads, graphics, messages, keyword groups and landing pages are delivering the most amount of conversions and calls
  • Don't only rely on what's your competitors are doing. If all your competitors are bidding for the same keyword, the cost per click becomes extreamly expensive (we've seen law firms stubbornly bidding $100 / click while not getting much conversions)
  • Monitor your performance on a weekly basis, don't count on assumptions, perform A/B testing and only invest in techniques that attracting clicks and delivering results

Do The Reputation Right

  • No matter how good your website looks, people still need to know why should they trust you. Select a platform and create a technology to attract reviews
  • Invest time in creating relevant Case Studies for each of your services. People need to see how exactly you fixed problems of your clients
  • Implement in all in your websites' buyers journey so everyone will see it
  • Implement other reputation elements in your buyers journey (press publications, awards, etc)
  • Stop paying money for channels where you will not get results
  • Optimize your PR and directory listings and invest more in channels where you get leads and good ROI’s

Track Performance Right

  • Invest in tools like CallRail and counting calls from each marketing channel (PPC, SEO, referrals, etc). You might be surprised to see what really works and how.
  • Different tracking tools can also help you to understand how you may improve the service of your receptionist to better convert calls
  • Concentrate on track only relevant data: calls, form submissions, website traffic type, bounce rate and average time on site (engagement), location, etc.
  • Use analytical data to improve your online marketing campaigns. Invest in techniques that delivers results
